About MySGA — My Sisters Global Alliance
A Georgia nonprofit built on a simple belief: no woman should have to face life's hardest moments alone.
“No matter where they are in the world, they have a community that believes in them.” — Romona Armon, Founder
Organized to educate, equip, and empower.
To educate, equip, and empower women and girls by providing preventative education, leadership development, humanitarian support, and meaningful connections that strengthen individuals, families, and communities around the world.
Built for accountability from day one
Formed under the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code with adopted bylaws, a conflict-of-interest policy, and an active governing board. The organization is currently completing the federal tax-exemption process.
Too many women and girls face crisis, transition, or uncertainty believing they must navigate it alone. MySGA exists to ensure they have access to trusted relationships, practical resources, preventative education, and a community prepared to answer the call. We help women and girls breathe, regroup, strengthen their lives, and move forward knowing they are seen, valued, and never alone.

Welcome to MySGA
My name is Romona Armon, and I am the Founder & CEO of My Sisters Global Alliance.
For many years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside women and girls during some of life's most difficult and most meaningful moments. I've learned that sometimes what changes a life isn't just a program—it's knowing that someone truly cares and is willing to show up.
That belief is what inspired MySGA.
Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower women and girls by providing leadership development, mentorship, practical resources, community support, advocacy, and opportunities that create lasting impact.
My vision is simple: to build a global alliance where women know they are never alone. No matter where they are in the world, they have a community that believes in them, stands beside them, and is committed to helping them thrive.
Thank you for joining us as we begin this journey together.
Welcome to MySGA.

Our Story of Service
The organization is new. The mission is not. For years, our founder and the community around her have shown up for people facing some of life's hardest moments: collecting sanitary products for orphanages in Ghana, organizing a water drive that sent a semi-truckload of water to families affected by the Flint, Michigan water crisis, and offering quiet, compassionate presence to the Orlando community in the aftermath of the tragedy at Pulse nightclub.
That same spirit has shown up closer to home, too — stocking classrooms with supplies each school year, walking alongside families through hospice and palliative care, supporting healthcare workers when protective equipment ran short during COVID-19, and sitting with individuals through crisis, grief, and recovery, one conversation at a time. MySGA is the structure now being built to carry that same spirit of service forward — sustainably, and for years to come.
