Love should feel safe.
Abuse doesn't always leave bruises. It can look like jealousy, control, or someone checking your phone. MySGA is here to help young women spot the signs early, check in on each other, and know where to get help.

A Voice for La’Smockie
Walking in her memory. Speaking for those who cannot.
La’Smockie Fountain was a loving mother and, in her family’s words, the life of the party—a people-person with a bright smile who loved to dance. After she lost her life to domestic violence in 2015, her family turned their grief into a mission: helping others recognize abuse and get out before it’s too late.
“She was such a lovely person, very beautiful, a great mother, and she absolutely loved to dance.”
Sharon Stafford, La’Smockie’s aunt
My Sisters is proud to partner with Loved Ones Against Domestic Violence (LOADV), the sponsor of the Domestic Violence Awareness Memorial Walk. Each year, the walk honors La’Smockie Fountain and stands with everyone affected by domestic violence. My Sisters has walked with LOADV for the past three years, and on October 31 we walk together again.
